Terms and Conditions
This document is a legally binding Agreement, which sets out the Terms and Conditions of New Town Relocations who will act as independent agents for the clients in the identification of a property to purchase or rent.
1) NTR shall commence work on your behalf as soon as you have signed and returned the Terms and Conditions and the Registration Fee has been paid in full.
Option One, our fees are £350.00 registration fee and 0.75% of the Purchase Price for any property you exchange contracts to purchase. NTR will act as the central point of contact throughout the purchasing process with all the relevant professionals used by NTR for any properties selected by NTR. Payment to these professionals will be made directly through NTR by the client.
Option Two, £350.00 Registration Fee and 0.75% of the Purchase Price for any property you exchange contracts to purchase. The Registration Fee will be deducted from the final payment.
Option Three, £300.00 Registration Fee and 75% of the first months rent for any property you agree to rent.
Our Fees do not include any charges imposed by surveyors, solicitors or other professionals or contractors, the client is directly responsible for those charges, However in the case of Option One, the total invoice for the total relocation package will be sent by NTR on behalf of the other engaged companies. Once NTR receive the final payment in full from the client, NTR will then conclude the final payments to the other engaged companies on the clients behalf.
Once the Client is registered with NTR by payment of the Registration fee , which is non refundable unless otherwise stated, this will employ NTR for a period of one year.
NTR will provide an independent, non biased report on a property, this report and other information given is prepared in good faith and is solely for the Clients guidance. The service provided by NTR does not form any part of any contract relating to the purchase or letting of any property.
NTR strongly advise the Client to engage the services of a Scottish solicitor and surveying company and other related specialists. However, NTR can not be held liable under any circumstances for any loss or claim what so ever among by virtue of any work undertaken for the Client by another party, including any party recommended by NTR.

"NTR" shall mean New Town Relocations of 7 John Muir Gardens, Dunbar, EH42 1GA, East Lothian.

"Purchaser" shall mean any one or more individuals named as the Purchaser.

"Client" shall mean any one or more individuals registered with NTR.

"Tenant" shall mean any one or more individuals named as the Tenant.

"Property Report" shall mean an unbiased report by NTR which provides further information on the selected property or properties that meet the requirements of the client/s.

"Local Area Report" shall mean a report by NTR which provides further information on the local area of the selected property or properties that meet the requirements of the client/s

"Purchase Price" shall mean the final amount of money agreed between the Vendor and Purchaser, this applies to properties marketed at "Fixed Price" and " Offers Over"
