Our Fees

Option One: 

Full Relocation Package: NTR will  search the property market, view selected properties  and compile property and area reports. NTR will conduct accompanied viewings of selected properties and familiarisation tours of the surrounding areas.

 NTR will act as your pivotal contact point, by using trusted and reputable lawyers, surveyors and removal companies. NTR will ensure the cost of relocating is very competitive and smoothly conducted, removing the stress of relocating to a new area.

Fees: 0.75% of Purchase Price plus £350 Registration Fee. 

Option Two:

 Home Finding Package: NTR will search the property market, view selected properties and compile property reports and local area reports on your behalf.

Fees: 0.75% of purchase price plus £350 Registration Fee refundable on final payment.

Option Three:

Rental Package: NTR will search the Rental market on your behalf, view selected properties and compile property reports and local area reports on your behalf.

Fees :75% of first month's rental plus £300 registration fee
