After an initial consultation, by means of telephone or by the client requirements form, NTR will draw up a detailed list of your requirements and search the property market on your behalf .

NTR monitors the property market on a daily basis. With our extensive property search engines and good networking with local agents, we are often able to identify properties that have not yet reached the open market.

After considering and viewing several properties, NTR will be able to draw up a short list of properties that meet your requirements.

Attached to the individual property schedules will be a “NTR property report” and a "local area" report, which will include:

• Extra photographs with the vendors permission
• Further information on all aspects of the interior and exterior of the property
• Local planning
• Information on local nurseries, primary and secondary schooling and reports for same
• Local amenities
• Transportation links
